- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken slices with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Warm tortillas slightly in the oven or microwave.
- Spread a generous tablespoon of sweet chili sauce on each tortilla.
- Arrange grilled chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and cilantro on the tortillas.
- Roll up tightly, slice in half if desired, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately with extra chili sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute grilled chicken with baked or sautéed chicken.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- For a vegetarian version, use grilled tofu or vegetables instead of chicken.
