- 3 cups cooked spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed fried onions or breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes with green chilies, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, and sauce in a large bowl.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust spice levels to your taste by increasing or decreasing cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute heavy cream with evaporated milk for a lighter version.
