Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add sliced jalapenos and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar until melted and smooth.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro.
