Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan; cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Garnish with chopped parsley.
