- 200g lamb loin, thinly sliced
- 200g noodles (wheat or rice noodles)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cumin seeds and fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add lamb slices and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili paste, cook for 1 minute.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro.
Notes
- For extra spice, add chili oil or extra chili paste.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
