- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh scallions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and chili paste, bringing to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked chicken back into the skillet, then toss in noodles to combine everything thoroughly.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions and a drizzle of garlic sauce.
