- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

- 1/4 cup sliced scallions
- Optional: celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo hot sauce until well coated.
- Place the flatbread on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the buffalo chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken, then add crumbles of blue cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro and sliced scallions on top before serving.
- Serve slices with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.
