- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup spicy Bang Bang sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in spicy Bang Bang sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls. Top with the turkey mixture and fresh vegetables.
- Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less Bang Bang sauce.
- For added flavor, include chopped bell peppers or cucumber slices.
