Instructions
- Mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat chicken strips evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the spicy sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over the fried chicken or toss chicken in the sauce for extra flavor.
- Assemble bowls by dividing rice among servings, topping with chicken, fresh vegetables, and garnishes.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
