Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic, cooking until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and crushed black peppercorns, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and vegetables evenly.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
