- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut into squares or circles as desired.
- Place pulled beef in the center of each square.
- Brush edges with beaten egg, fold to enclose filling, and seal edges.
- Brush tops with more egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
