- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt for the dumplings. Add milk and vegetable oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and set aside.
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in curry powder and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the broth, add carrots, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Gently add the dumplings to the broth and cook for 10-12 minutes until they are tender and cooked through.
- Add chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Serve hot garnished with fresh herbs.
