- 4 cups broccoli florets

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the wok, pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce; stir well to combine.
- If desired, add cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce; cook for another minute.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
