- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add bell pepper and tomatoes; cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and add spices; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until beef is tender.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.

- You can add potatoes or carrots for extra heartiness.
- Best served with rice or warm tortillas.
