- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in balsamic vinegar and honey, stirring to combine and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with the glaze, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

- Adjust honey to taste for sweeter or tangier glaze.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
