- 1 package tortellini (about 9 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens.
- Gently fold in cooked tortellini and cherry tomatoes, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.

- You can add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
- Use fresh basil for a more vibrant flavor.
