Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add honey and hot sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Reduce heat and stir in crumbled feta, allowing it to melt into the sauce. Return chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Transfer chicken to serving plates, drizzle with sauce, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Adjust hot sauce quantity to control spiciness.
- If preferred, bake or air fry the chicken for a crispy finish.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute feta with dairy-free cheese or nutritional yeast.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
