- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 small taco shells
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with taco seasoning.
- Brush taco shells with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Fill each shell with seasoned chicken, then top with cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until shells are crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with diced tomatoes and lettuce, and serve with sour cream if desired.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for quick preparation.
- Adjust toppings to taste with jalapenos, onions, or cilantro.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for added flavor.
