- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 200g ramen noodles
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- Sesame seeds and fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in sliced peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Pour in soy sauce, and add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to combine all ingredients well.
- Optional: mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the stir fry to thicken the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds, chopped scallions, and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to taste for more or less saltiness.
- You can add vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- Ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly for safety.
