  • 1 pound ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Core the cabbage and blanch leaves in boiling water until pliable, then drain and set aside.
