Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, olive oil, garlic powder, and oregano.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Spoon tzatziki sauce over the top, spreading gently to cover.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

- Can substitute cooked turkey or beef for chicken.
