- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and flaky, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted. Flake salmon into chunks and add to the sauce.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce, mixing well. Serve hot topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Adjust garlic to taste for a more or less pungent flavor.
- For a gluten-free option, substitute with gluten-free pasta.
- Add chili flakes for some heat if desired.
