  • 1/2 pound ground pork or chicken (optional for filling)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing ground meat (if using), garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in each wonton wrapper and seal edges tightly.
  3. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a large pot.
