Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Place on the prepared sheet pan.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic. Brush over chicken and vegetables.
- Arrange cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper around the chicken on the sheet pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
