Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Spread cooked beef evenly over the dough, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and roll up tightly.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the rollups with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add caramelized onions or pickles inside the rollups.
- Serve with a side of ketchup or ranch for dipping.
