Start your day with delicious homemade Morning Delight Sliders! These savory breakfast sliders feature crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese all nestled in soft slider buns — perfect for busy mornings or weekend brunches. Easy to prepare and irresistibly satisfying, these breakfast bites will become your new morning obsession!

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 12 sliders

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns or mini burger rolls
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: sliced tomatoes, spinach, or pickles for extra flavor
  • Butter or cooking spray for greasing

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy using your preferred method. Drain on paper towels and chop into smaller pieces.
  2. In a bowl, scramble the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet until just set. Stir in half of the shredded cheese while warm.
  3. Slice the slider buns if not pre-sliced. Layer the bottom halves with scrambled eggs, bacon, and remaining cheese. Add optional toppings if desired.
  4. Cover with the top halves of the buns. Place the sliders in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly, or use an air fryer for quick melting.
  5. Serve hot, or store for later for a quick breakfast.

Notes

  • Reheat leftovers in the microwave for 30-45 seconds or in an air fryer to restore crispiness.
  • For a richer flavor, try croissant rolls instead of slider buns.
  • Customize with additional toppings like sautéed mushrooms or peppers.
