Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef or plant-based alternative
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add beef to skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Wipe skillet and lightly oil it. Place a tortilla in the skillet, spread some cooked beef over half of it, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings. Slice into mini wedges.
- Serve warm with salsa, sour cream, and cilantro if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute beef with chicken, turkey, or vegetarian options like beans or grilled vegetables.
- Ensure tortillas are sealed well to prevent fillings from spilling out during cooking.
