  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, pitted

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • For the dressing:
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spiral pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
