  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef across the grain and marinate with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and pepper for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the noodles in boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
