- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large keto-friendly wraps or lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers; cook until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Push vegetables to one side; add the sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Mix steak with vegetables, then sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the mixture. Let melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and spoon the mixture onto each keto-friendly wrap or lettuce leaf.
- Roll up tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately or chill for later.
