- 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and minced garlic.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear each chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and garnish with parsley.
