- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended, then form mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
- Transfer meatballs to a skillet with marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of Italian seasoning to the meat mixture.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread for an authentic meal.
