Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, chopped onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
- Place meatballs in the slow cooker, add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meatballs are cooked through and flavors melded.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
