- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Mix diced tomatoes, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper and pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken and stir in heavy cream; return chicken to the sauce and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes according to taste.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or with toasted bread for a complete meal.
