- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef bites with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Set slow cooker to low. Add olive oil and butter, then garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Add beef to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until tender.
- Stir occasionally. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce before slow cooking. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
