- 1 loaf sponge cake, cubed
- 2 cups mixed fresh berries
- 2 cups vanilla custard or pudding
- 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions
- Layer a third of the cake cubes at the bottom of a large glass bowl.
- Spread half of the custard evenly over the cake layer.
- Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the custard.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with whipped cream and toppings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
