- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Chocolate ganache for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Gradually add melted chocolate, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter over the crust, then gently fold in raspberries.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is just set. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, extra raspberries, and drizzle with chocolate ganache.
