- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cooked lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in cooked lasagna noodles, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook until heated through.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and fresh herbs if desired.

- You can substitute ground chicken or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
