- 4 hamburger buns

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- In a separate pan, brown ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- Combine beef with sautéed vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
- Divide mixture among buns, top with shredded cheese, and melt under a grill or in the oven.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
