  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups uncooked macaroni pasta
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet, cook until softened.
  3. Transfer beef mixture to the crock pot. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add uncooked pasta to the crock pot. Stir and cook until tender.
