Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine processed cheese and milk. Heat over low-medium heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese gradually, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Mix in paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer on low for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a serving bowl and top with chopped green onions and diced jalapenos.
- Serve warm with crispy tortilla chips.
