- 20 large pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, chopped spinach, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the ricotta and spinach mixture and place in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- Ensure not to overstuff the shells to prevent overflowing during baking.
- You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
- Replace spinach with kale or other leafy greens for variation.
