- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Form into 12 evenly sized meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs until golden brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Transfer to baking sheet.
- Whisk honey and soy sauce together. Brush over the meatballs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
