  • 1 cup chopped celery

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in turmeric and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add carrots, celery, and shredded chicken.
