  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until translucent.
  2. Add carrots, celery, turmeric, and ginger; cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
