Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese.
- Close the grill lid to melt the cheese thoroughly.
- Remove from grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
