Ingredients
Scale
- 400g fresh tortellini (cheese or beef stuffed)
- 200g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Return cooked steak to the skillet, then add the drained tortellini. Toss gently to combine and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use high-quality Parmesan for a flavorful sauce.
- Cook the steak to your preferred doneness for best results.
- Adjust cream and cheese quantities for creamier or lighter sauce.
