A rich and savory garlic steak tortellini recipe featuring tender tortellini stuffed with seasoned beef, tossed in a creamy garlic sauce, and garnished with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400g fresh tortellini (cheese or beef stuffed)
  • 200g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Return cooked steak to the skillet, then add the drained tortellini. Toss gently to combine and coat with sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and additional Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use high-quality Parmesan for a flavorful sauce.
  • Cook the steak to your preferred doneness for best results.
