- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers evenly.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
- Remove from grill, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, brush skewers with garlic butter during grilling.
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for juicier results.
