Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping into a loaf shape.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
