- 4 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
- Add gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add Parmesan cheese, and stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

- Feel free to add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor and color.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
